In order to heal you need to exit your ego
In my understanding, a healed state is one in which there is a certain level of integration of what ego detachment means and entails.
In this context, “healing” is pretty much always taking place, mostly very subtly and unnoticed by ourselves -because it is our soul’s inertia to want to conduct, to be in charge of our mind and body. But because the ego itself is, for the most part, unseen by us, and it’s constantly being fed by everything around us -therefore constantly interfering with our soul’s messages and desires, we are at risk of remaining in this loop indefinitely. Specially so when we are not aware of this pattern taking place at all.
The good news is that we can attack the ego from many angles and directions. It is all about consciously beginning to break the pattern.
I employ the following tools to assist you:
-Helping you understand your “fear of abandonement” -we all carry it-, as well as what love IS and what it IS NOT. Integrating these ideas into your everyday relationships and situations. (This ties in with the twinflame experience, which in my experience is a shortcut to freedom from the ego that some of us are fortunate to encounter )
-Helping you see, listen, connect with your soul through self observation, and by using tools such as music.
-Last but not least, healing your body. We carry a lot of toxins (energetic and otherwise). Cultivating and looking after your body declutters our senses and allows us to connect with our intuition and see things more clearly. I do this through energy healing and most specifically as a “biomagnetic pair therapist.
